If you would like to cancel your tickets, please follow this process; if you would like to close your lottery account completely, please contact support at [email protected].

Complete the form below if you feel you need to take a break and exclude yourself from BH Coastal Lottery.

If you choose to self-exclude:

  • Your account will be closed and you will not be able to login or have your account reactivated during your chosen self-exclusion period
  • You will stop receiving any marketing communications from BH Coastal Lottery
  • Your tickets in any upcoming draws will be cancelled and refunded

You will be able to unlock your account after your chosen self-exclusion period has ended. To have your account unlocked once your self-exclusion period has ended, please contact our Customer Support Team. There will be a 24 hour cooling off period before you are able to access your account and purchase tickets again.

Please note that BH Coastal Lottery is administered by Gatherwell, an external lottery manager responsible for the management of a large number of lottery programs on behalf of societies and local authorities. We will attempt to identify accounts that you have on other lottery programs so that we can apply your self-exclusion to those accounts as well using the unique identifier we have on record for you, however we recommend that you submit self-exclusion requests for all lottery programs that you participate in.
